The Institute of Archaeology of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Brno, condemns the aggression of the Putin regime against sovereign Ukraine. This attack takes Europe back to the past, shows disdain for international law and is against the principles of humanity. It is our moral duty to speak out against this brutal act. Ukraine has our full support, not only because of its rich history but as well for Europe’s future in peace and democracy.
